The hotel is stunning with a beautiful lobby and public areas. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable with high-quality linens. the location was perfect, right across from the Opera House and surrounded by high-end shops and restaurants. Being able to walk to most places was a major advantage.

Wheelchair Accessible rooms are available with great drinks and a park view from the balcony. the staff is helpful and well-mannered, caring about everyone. the location is convenient, close to tourist attractions, boutique shops, restaurants, and shopping. Plus, it's only 600 feet from the lake. Overall, it was a very lovely stay.
